About
Mission
To create transformative spaces where individuals can explore their relationship to themselves, others, and life. Through men’s circles, conscious relationship training for men and women, and in-depth personal coaching with shadow work, Richy guides people in integrating all parts of themselves, healing past wounds and stepping into their full power.
Vision
A world where men and women live with deep self-awareness, emotional mastery, and authentic connection. Conscious Colombia envisions a culture where healing, growth, and integrity become the foundation for stronger individuals, healthier relationships, and thriving communities.
Core Values
Authenticity – We encourage real, unfiltered self-expression, free from pretense. True growth starts with honesty.
Integration – Every part of you—light and shadow, strength and vulnerability—has value. We guide you in embracing and integrating all aspects of yourself.
Courage – Stepping into personal growth requires bravery. We provide the support and challenge necessary for meaningful transformation.
Connection – Growth happens in community. We foster spaces where men and women can deeply connect, support one another, and hold each other accountable.
Healing & Responsibility – True change starts with taking ownership of our stories, wounds, and actions. We believe in healing as a path to greater freedom and leadership.
Purpose-Driven Growth – Life is about more than just surviving; it's about thriving with clarity, passion, and a sense of purpose.

More About Richy
Richy led a men's group in Vancouver, Canada, from 2016 to 2022, supporting men as they transformed their relationships with themselves, others, and life. During this time, he mentored emerging leaders, one of whom now runs the group, which will celebrate 10 years in November 2026.
In Medelin, Colombia, he runs Conscious Warriors men’s members-only circle in El Poblado and a drop-in men’s circle in Laureles (which joins with a women’s circle once a month).
He has completed the full 10-week, 30-hour Conscious Relationship Training (CRT) in Vancouver six times. He now leads one-day workshops in Medellin, the only other place CRT is held outside British Columbia, Canada.
He is also the founder of Sacred Band, a men’s group for gay, bi, and bicurious men, created as a space for growth, connection, and self-acceptance. His other men’s groups are inclusive of all men, regardless of sexual orientation. Conscious Relationship Training and his one-on-one coaching are open to both men and women who wish to explore their relationship with themselves, others, and life.
Richy is currently writing a book on healing the father wound, a transformative journey that blends personal narrative with reflective and relational practices to support men in their growth and healing.
After university, Richy worked as a computer programmer on Wall Street but chose to leave the pursuit of financial success in favor of a career in journalism. As an investigative reporter, technology writer, and consumer columnist, he exposed systemic inequalities, contributed to coverage of the September 11 attacks, and advocated for consumer rights.
Across all of his work, a single thread remains consistent: helping people develop deeper self-understanding, stronger relationships, and a more compassionate relationship with themselves and others.
